Her YouTube channel is filled with 30-minute, full-body workouts that get the heart pumping. Her workouts seem easy while you do them, but you’ll definitely feel the burn in a day or two. Which is great because you can build up the habit before your mind sikes you out.

If you’re looking for a low-intensity workout, then yoga is what you want, and Jessamyn Stanley is who you need. Jessamyn teaches modern yoga for all bodies and all abilities. If you’re into weightlifting, powerlifting or bodybuilding, then Jamar Randolph is who you should follow. Jamar, who also goes by M Town Monsta, offers daily benching tips and secrets on Instagram. You can hire Jamar for online bench coaching and training. Jamar isn’t only about the weights. He encourages his fitness community to remember the basics and maintain their gains using regular pushups, situps, and other at-home exercises.
